We are looking to recruit a number of permanent CustomerService Assistant positions.These positions are entry level and a great opportunity toexperience life at Network Rail High Speed. Once you've mastered therole of a Customer Service Assistant and feel like it is time to moveon, there are opportunities to progress your career – with internalvacancies being posted on a regular basis.
Thekey responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant are to:
·Act as a highly visible point of contact for station users andprovide excellent customer service to all – including visitors,contractors, retailers, train operating companies and customerstravelling throughout the station
·Undertake regular stationchecks – including on contractor compliance, security, safety andequipment – in accordance with relevant company standards andprocedures, plus complete the relevant paperwork for audit purposes
·Actively assist and provide informationto customers travelling throughout the station
·Checkcontractors have relevant risk assessments and method statements priorto issuing a Permit to Work

Good command of the Englishlanguage – both written and oral
