As the Facilities & Technology Coordinator , you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our international language campus. Providing support for maintenance and cleaning issues, including coordination with cleaners and contractors.
Taking pride in the appearance of the school and campus, ensuring buildings are customer-friendly and fit for purpose.
Prioritizing health and safety, meeting accrediting body criteria, and conducting routine building checks.
Interacting with maintenance contractors and performing decorating and paintwork as required.
Supporting the team on maintenance issues, promptly addressing repairs, and monitoring school courtyard and social areas.
Troubleshooting routine software and hardware problems for staff and students.
Ensuring excellent IT provision throughout the school and residence, collaborating with the Global IT department when necessary.
Assisting in ensuring t i mely payments to all EF’s suppliers related to the building.
Perform 24-hour rota emergency duties and available to attend site for out of hours emergencies as required.
Highly motivated, proactive and positive, creative & energetic with lots of common sense as key.
Basic skills in plumbing, decorating, garden & grounds maintenance, furniture assembly, general building work & DIY desired.
Customer service minded and quality oriented.
Flexible attitude to work and creative problem solver.
