Reporting into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, lead the development and execution of a cohesive global social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand vision, values, and business goals across key platforms including but not limited to Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/Pinterest/LinkedIn
Define each social channel’s target audience and tailor content strategies to reach and engage these segments effectively in line with business and brand strategy.
Work with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal and platform trends.
Work with internal Creative Team to oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for all social media platforms (including video content and Reels)
Identify and build relationships with relevant content creators, influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic competition/brand partners.
Manage content creator campaigns and collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Foster and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
Work with external PR agency to devise, plan, and execute clear PR strategy including calendar of live press and influencer events.
Set up and manage new social profiles aligned with business growth opportunities, with clear targets to drive brand awareness and reach.
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance and use this insight to shape future ideas.
Identify key social media trends, platform updates, insights, and innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Inspire and develop a social & PR team to drive a vibrant, innovative, and creative culture.
Previous social media marketing experience with bundles of creative ideas
A complete social native with an unrelieved passion for social media channels and an excellent understanding of the unique intricacies of each channel
Proven experience devising and executing brand social media & influencer strategy on time and within budget.
PR experience of how to bring brand and product messaging and initiatives to life through print, digital and live events.
Bursting with ideas, from big campaigns & concepts to small improvements with an ability to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
Proven experience of content creation across social channels including Reels and videos and not afraid to get in front of the camera when required.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and prioritise workload, with excellent attention to detail.
An ability to create and execute activity with a clear objective in mind – whether that be reach, customer acquisition or community conversation.
An ability to analyse data to produce insight reports.
Ability to develop and execute a global social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand vision, values, and business goals.
Proficiency in defining target audiences for various social channels and tailoring content strategies to engage these segments effectively.
Creative Content Development
Skilled in overseeing the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across social media platforms.
Experience in content creation, including videos and Reels, with a willingness to appear on camera when necessary.
Expertise in identifying and building relationships with content creators, influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners.
Ability to manage content creator campaigns and collaborations to enhance brand reach and credibility.
Community Engagement and Management
Proven ability to foster and maintain a strong online community through active engagement and customer interaction.
Capability to set up and manage new social profiles, driving brand awareness and reach.
Competence in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on social media performance to inform future strategies.
Ability to identify key social media trends, platform updates, and innovations to keep the brand at the industry's forefront.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop a social & PR team, fostering a creative and innovative culture.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, manage multiple projects, and prioritize workload effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to execute activities with clear objectives in mind, such as reach, customer acquisition, or community engagement.

Senior Brand Marketing Manager: Direct report, strategic alignment, and performance reviews.
Creative Team: Collaboration for content creation and campaign execution.
Social & PR Team: Leadership, development, and day-to-day management.
Content Creators and Influencers: Building relationships, managing campaigns, and collaborations.
Brand Ambassadors: External PR Agency: Planning and executing PR strategies, including live press and influencer events.
Platform Representatives (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn): Keeping updated with platform changes and opportunities.
