The Managing Director has been living in your shoes and he is now ready to pass the operational reins to someone with your vision and expertise to drive the business forward, allowing him to focus on strategic goals.
This isn’t your typical operations role. In a fast-paced aftermarket automotive sector, you’ll oversee "anything that moves." A transport background is essential, as navigating the industry's challenges and being reactive are key to success here.
As Head of Operations, these are the key areas that will all be under your watchful eye:
- Warehousing
- Assembly
- Paint shop
- Transport
- Health & Safety
With a new site on the horizon in Bristol, this is your chance to lead a team and shape processes that will define the company’s future. You’ll have four direct reports, including a long-standing team member as your right-hand Operations Manager who’s been with the business for 12 years, bringing invaluable insight and experience.

Put your industry expertise into action: Your background in Automotive Aftermarket & Transport will be crucial. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in navigating the fast-paced, often unpredictable nature of this sector, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve and maintains its competitive edge.
Optimisation and efficiency: Your experience with ISO9001 and ERP systems will be key to driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality. You won’t just keep things running—you’ll optimise processes to ensure continuous improvement, making the business more efficient and effective.
Team leadership and development: With a strong team already in place, this role allows you to nurture and develop talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth. You’ll be instrumental in helping your team reach their full potential, creating a unified, high-performing workforce.

We’re offering a competitive package, including a salary of £75k - £80k, a company vehicle, managers bonus of up to 10k, pension, 4x life assurance, and 24 days holiday plus statutory holidays.
Your hours of work will be 8:15 – 16:45 Monday - Friday
