Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal communication strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive wellbeing programme to support employee health and happiness.
  • Create compelling content for executive SLT/LT meetings and all hands calls, including agendas, presentations, and other materials.
  • Lead the introduction of our new intranet platform (Sharepoint) and ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.
  • Administer the engagement survey programme, analyse results, and implement action plans to improve engagement.
  • Review and refine our internal comms strategy and schedule to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with executives and their assistants to align communication efforts with organisational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cultural behaviours and foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and promote team collaboration.
  • Coordinate with HR team to promote employee benefits and internal initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to support communication projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Experience with intranet platforms (e.g., Sharepoint) and employee engagement survey programmes.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar software is a plus.
