After a year of working round the clock and a lifetime of tempering the thirst to create a world class brand, we pressed LAUNCH. That was the moment Protein Works.™ website went live to the world.
It’s not an overly fancy story, we know. There’re no garages worked out of, no office in the Bay Area to talk up. But fancy isn’t in our DNA, innovation is. With the idea to rock the very foundations of a sports nutrition industry that had become stagnant, we set out to create a health and fitness brand that put pure quality & wow service before the lowest possible price. We knew we’d be the underdogs from the very beginning. But you know what? We love that.
The Role:
Junior Product Marketing Executive.
Sitting at the heart of our marketing team, the Product Marketing team are responsible for the commercial performance of our entire product range, achieving these by developing product marketing plans, campaigns and continually looking to optimise performance across Online and Amazon sales channels.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Marketing Manager in the execution of product launch plans.
- Assist in the execution of Daily, Weekly and Monthly product trading plans.
- Assist in improving the organic performance of our product range.
- Assist in improving on-site conversion rate through landing page optimisation and management.
- Assist with Brand content scheduling, working with all stakeholders to ensure campaigns are effectively amplified across channels.
- Support the Product Marketing Manager to ensure all on-site copy is compliant and adheres to all necessary brand guidelines.
- Support our Marketplace team to deliver the product marketing strategy across high volume channels such as Amazon.
Key Experience/ Skill Sets
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and get involved
- Proficient Excel skills and able to manipulate data easily and present it clearly
- Self-motivated and organised with ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational, written and verbal skills.

- Passion for digital marketing that leads to self-learning and motivation
- Adaptable and able to manage change effectively and positively
- Growth mindset and a passion for delivering against targets
- Degree level education – economics, mathematics or business preferable.
