I am working with one of the leading privately owned strategic land promoters that is looking to strengthen the team with an additional Strategic Land development Manager.
You will report directly into the group strategic land director but work autonomously on managing existing planning applications through outlined and detailed consents.
We are looking to recruit either a land manager or development surveyor or town planner looking to make a move into a wider strategic land and planning role. The main bulk of the work will be project managing existing projects so you will have a strong background in town planning.
Ideally you will have worked for either a house builder/ residential developer or a strategic land promotion company where you would have played a key and important role
This is an exceptional role for a bright and ambitious individual to join one of the leading names in the strategic land industry.
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified (ideally property related)
- Ideally MRICS or MRTPI
- Minimum of 6 years post grad experience and you must have a background of managing planning applications as the lead consultant.
- Experienced town planner who has detailed understanding of managing complex strategic land applications and appeals
- Good understanding of planning and project managing large strategic sites.
- Able to work autonomously and comfortable taking the lead on projects rather than being in the background.
