Role: Technical Contract Manager
This role is a 6 month FTC
Location: London – West End Theatre
To build & present monthly report on the contract’s performance (to client).
Liaising regularly with the Account Director to review the workforce and portfolio performance.
To maintain a quality portfolio team with high levels of morale and motivation during the fixed period.
To ensure that all HSE audits are completed in the month and in line with the agreed schedule and Company guidelines. Such reports being submitted to the HSE manager for the account as required.
Managing subcontractor activity on site ensuring that their contractual obligations are being met and that any potential savings are identified.
Checking on PPM activity at a high level (data only) to ensure work has been carried out on schedule, adhering to SFG20 and KPI stipulations.
Assist the Supervisor produce quotations for extra works as necessary in line with Company guidelines.
The production of technical and situational reports as required, alongside the Supervisor.
Providing technical support/guidance for the Supervisor & client.
Carry out personal development reviews as required under Company guidelines.
Attending client/subcontractor meetings as required.
Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and ensure that all staff are equally aware of their own roles and responsibilities within the Company.
Actively manage and participate in the health and safety processes required under the Company policies and procedures on portfolio including, but not limited to, accident investigation, reporting, risk assessments and auditing
Carry out any other reasonable instruction from the Account Manager.
Co-operating with the Company to allow it to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.
10 years’ experience in Building Services industry
~ Electrical/mechanical/building services qualifications to NVQ5 or degree level
~18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (desirable)
~ IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH
~ Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, UPS, static switches, water treatment, refrigeration and air conditioning.
~ Robost IT skills (BMS, Outlook, Word, Excel)
~ Overtime x1.5 on weekday and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidays
