My client has an opportunity within their In come and Recovery team to assist and support the Income Team ensuring the delivery of an effective and customer focused service to all stakeholders of the Income Team. To gather and record accurate and reliable information in order to allow the Income and Recovery team to provide a professional and accurate service. The main areas of the role will be:

  • To assist with preparation of accurate and timely information
  • To update the housing management and other systems used in the service as and
when required ensuring the accuracy of information held ▪ To support the team in contacting tenants in the delivery of an effective income and recovery service
  • To make outbound and take inbound calls as required
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • To assist with the collation and reporting of performance information
  • To promote and maintain excellent customer relationships, adopting a customer
