To gather and record accurate and reliable information in order to allow the Income and Recovery team to provide a professional and accurate service. The main areas of the role will be:

  • To assist with preparation of accurate and timely information
  • To update the housing management and other systems used in the service as and
when required ensuring the accuracy of information held ▪ To support the team in contacting tenants in the delivery of an effective income and recovery service
  • To make outbound and take inbound calls as required
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • To assist with the collation and reporting of performance information
  • To promote and maintain excellent customer relationships, adopting a customer
