Collaborate with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to drive forward the school's vision, ethos, and strategic direction.
Lead by example, demonstrating inspiring teaching practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Support the development and implementation of innovative teaching and learning strategies, ensuring they align with the school's Christian values and ethos.
Mentor and coach staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
Oversee the effective management of curriculum development across the school, ensuring consistency and smooth transitions through the key stages.
Play a key role in maintaining strong partnerships with parents, the local community, and the church, fostering positive relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
Uphold and promote the school's Christian ethos, ensuring it permeates all aspects of school life and positively impacts the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of our pupils. About you

The applicant must:

Love teaching and be committed to achieving excellence in teaching and learning
Be highly motivated and enjoy working with children
Have a strong commitment to professional development
Be able to inspire, enthuse and support colleagues in a team
Proven experience as an outstanding classroom practitioner, with a track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower colleagues, pupils, and parents.
A commitment to promoting Christian values within a school setting.
Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
A collaborative and inclusive approach, valuing the contributions of all members of the school community and fostering a sense of belonging for everyone.
