Quality Control Service Lead

The incoming QC Team Leader (Inspection and Service Centre) manages daily activities within the Incoming Inspection and Service Centre, ensuring high inspection standards. Responsibilities include planning, performing, and documenting goods-in inspections and technical tests on finished products. The role also oversees QC activities in the Site Service Centre and manages the calibration process. Reporting directly to the QC Manager, this role aligns closely with the Operations and Warehouse departments. Listed responsibilities and key tasks are outlined below, with additional tasks expected as reasonably requested by the QC Manager. This is a flexible, on-site role to ensure effective control of manufacturing and service documentation, and collaboration with Operations and Quality teams.
Under the QC Manager's direction, the Incoming QC Team Leader will:
Manage QC Manufacturing team members, ensuring timely approval and release of medicinal products.
Design and implement improvements to incoming QC test specifications and related documents.
Drive initiatives for measurable performance improvements.
Provide quality oversight of the Incoming Inspection/Quarantine area.
Support and complete other tasks set by the QC Manager.

Experience in an incoming inspection area for medical devices.
Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
Good understanding of GMP compliance requirements in Quality Control.
