We are now looking for a Part Time (Mon-Fri- 10am-2pm) Learning and Development Administrator to join us.

Role Summary: As part of the Training Team, this role will help ensure training is booked in at a timely manner, delivering our training strategy and provide training and on-the-job support for business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

* Plan training in a timely manner to ensure priority deadlines are met

* Maintain training records and training system and upload any relevant documentation

* Prepare paperwork and set up systems for courses and training

* Monitor site compliance within the business

* Assist with production of training KPIs and ensure information is sent to relevant departments

* Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other necessary training material

* Process any training requests and communicate with the training team

* Deliver training to employees and agency workers in matters relating to product quality, food safety, legality and health and safety

* Assist with assessing competence and raise any concerns with the relevant supervisor/manager

* To monitor adherence to processes and procedures and provide re-training or escalate to management as required

* Ensure any refresher training is delivered in a timely manner and against training plan

* Ensure all training design and delivery is compliant with any relevant technical and safety standards

* Ensure all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the company's Health & Safety policy, SSOW's and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and to challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations.

* Carry out inductions for new starters

* Gain knowledge and understanding of the equipment in the pack house to enable training delivery

* Provide support in absence of Training Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience in Manual Handling and Risk Assessments (desirable)

* Presentation Skills

* Strong administration skills
