My client is a leading MarTech company delivering CRM and marketing solutions to help businesses increase productivity, enhance efficiency, and track sales and marketing pipelines. They work with some of the UK's best-known to overcome genuinely challengingmarketing problems.
They are now looking for a Development Support/QA Administrator to work within a dynamic development team. This role will focus on the testing and development of our software and web products, supporting the developers by triaging incoming issues and communications,and ensuring updates are communicated to stakeholders.
The responsibilities are as follows:
- Owning the test strategy for each project
- Sprint planning for specific projects
- Communicating updates to key stakeholders on projects
- Testing of bespoke software and systems on multiple platforms. Considering UI, UX and functionality whilst testing.
- Signing off versions as ready for release and creating release notes.
- Ensuring testing processes are followed by all.
- Writing and following test scripts.
- Receiving bug and feature requests for investigation from internal clients, raising bugs or tasks where required.
- Writing/updating specs for features where necessary.
Ideal Skills needed

- Some knowledge of SQL to assist with automated test writing and investigating issues
