Produce Workpacks - The workpacks are required by service engineering personnel as they contain the instructions required to complete retrofit projects at customer site installations.

* Produce Operating and Maintenance Manual Supplements - The supplements are required by the customer as they contain the operating and maintenance data required to operate and maintain their turbines after a retrofit project has been installed at a customer site installation.

* Produce Operating and Maintenance Manual amendments - The amendments are required by the customer as they contain the operating and maintenance data required to operate and maintain their turbines after a retrofit project has been installed at a customer site installation.

* Produce estimate data for tender production.

* Data is used to calculate the cost and resources required to complete a proposed project.

Desktop publishing skills for the following applications - Interleaf, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Adobe Acrobat, Team Centre Visualisation and Unigraphics NX

* Data compression techniques, CDROM production techniques

* Printing skills, document assembly and distribution skills.
