This is a key role working closely with the Internal and External Sales teams to build strong relationships with customers and support the efficient turnaround of customer sales orders.

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Engineer, this role is essential to provide a high quality and efficient service to our customers.

In this role you will provide exceptional levels of customer service, respond swiftly and accurately to all customer queries within pre-agreed timescales, progress or chase outstanding orders in a timely manner and liaise with other internal departments to provide customer solutions and manage email traffic in a timely manner.

This role would suit someone who has experience within customer service and is looking to build a career within sales.

Experience Requirements

  • Able to provide exceptional customer service
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing or similar environment

The Successful Candidate

  • Has a proactive approach and can demonstrate theability to use their own initiative
  • Can communicate effectively at all levels
  • Has good accuracy and attention to detail
