Senior National Account Manager Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover

Overview: Are you an experienced and results-driven sales professional looking for your next exciting opportunity?

About the role: This is a high-profile role for someone wanting to lead the grocery agenda and take a strategic role in a business with ambitious growth plans. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of working cross-functionally with category, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams. You will be responsible for full P&L accountability for your customer, creating and executing your customer strategy at Organix, and collaborating closely with our marketing and category teams to unlock incremental opportunities.

Who we're looking for: We need someone who is aware of the importance of data and insight and can turn this into plans that deliver growth for Organix and our customers alike, with the consumer at the heart of the thought and decision process. The right person will be a collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a "can do" mindset prepared to challenge the way things are done.

Must haves: Team fit is crucial at Organix, so we are looking for a candidate who can fit in from day one and embrace our high values.

What we're looking for in you:

  • FMCG Top 2 Grocery experience, with full P&L accountability
  • Experience of JBP and significant commercial negotiations with buyers
  • Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated by agreeing incremental plans and delivering growth
  • Commercially astute, able to build and interpret P&L models
  • Thinks outside the box, asks a lot of questions, and has a natural sense of curiosity
  • Ability to demonstrate and share sales leadership and best practice

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset. This is a hybrid-working role with some working from home, and the successful candidate will be required to attend the office regularly. There may be occasional travel involved with this role.
