Investment Associate Position - Leading Private Equity Firm
We are currently collaborating with a prestigious Healthcare Middle Market Private Equity fund based in London, known for its strategic, Pan-European investments, across most areas of the Healthcare space. The fund is actively seeking a dynamic and driven Investment Associate to join its high-performing team and strong mid-market fund.
Location: London, Germany
Position Overview:
As an Investment Associate, you will play a crucial role in the deal execution process, from opportunity identification to due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals, contributing to the success of the firm's investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence.
- Develop detailed financial models and contribute to negotiations and deal structuring.
- Actively monitor portfolio companies, participating in value creation initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing and execution.
- Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to identify potential investment prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- 2-5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or related fields.
- Have previous experience on transactions in the Healthcare sector.
- Proficient in financial modelling and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling tools and Microsoft Excel.
