Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision in structural steel estimating?

If so, we want to hear from you The Solution Group are recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client, specializing in Structural Steel. As they continue to expand and take on exciting new projects, they're in need of a talented Structural Steel Estimator to join their dynamic team.

1. Analyse structural drawings, specifications, and other project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for structural steel projects.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure all project requirements are understood and accounted for in estimates.
3. Conduct thorough material take-offs and pricing research to determine costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
4. Prepare detailed proposals and bid packages, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
5. Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a similar role/environment
