5 hours per week over 38 weeks per year, Term Time Only Our client is looking to appoint a Learning Facilitator to join our Learning Resource Centre (LRC).
The Learning Resources Centre (LRC) service provides resources and support to staff and students through Learning Centres situated at each college site and through digital resources and services delivered across our client's locations.
Based in Wandsworth, the Learning Facilitator will work in a frontline customer service role, joining the Learning Resources Team to help students and staff to use facilities and resources. This will include supporting students to use their student systems, digital learning resources and apps. It will also include helping students on a diverse range of courses to find and use resources for their coursework, including books and e-books.
As our client's Learning Facilitator, they'd like you to hold a Level 3 qualification and have experience of working in a customer focused environment, delivering a good or better level of customer service. Youll have a strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. The successful candidate will be eligible for any increase in salary as a consequence of the annual cost of living review that is implemented in the new academic year.

This leave is all in addition to Bank Holiday entitlement.
