Service Desk Engineer – Leeds – £28 – 35K An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Team Leader to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for Responsible for providing first class IT helpdesk support to our customers, as well as assisting and leading a variety of internal and client projects.

This is an office based role in their Leeds office.

Identifying and troubleshooting hardware & software issues both remotely and in person
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications using automation and ensuring internal documentation is maintained.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks by responding to alerts as well as proactively reviewing client systems as directed in order to ensure best service for customers.
Talking clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Providing administrative support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Client site visits to support project work and deliver technical resolutions when required.
Supporting the roll-out of new equipment and applications both internally and for our clients.
