Multi-Skilled Engineer (12 Month FTC)
Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Look no further, I have just been assigned to find a Multi-Skilled Engineer by a multi-billion pound manufacturing business. Off the back of a multi-million pound investment they are looking for a new Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team.

You'll handle plant breakdowns, ensuring high-quality fixes, and actively participate in changeover activities to meet customer demands. You'll identify and address root causes of machine breakdowns, conduct Asset Care inspections, and implement improvement projects based on data analysis. Sourcing machinery parts, executing planned maintenance, and enhancing safety standards will be part of your daily tasks.

You should be passionate about exceeding targets, achieving maintenance excellence, and continuously learning new skills. Maintaining high standards in workplace organization, safety, and food safety. A time-served mechanical apprenticeship with an electrical multi-skilled conversion is desirable, along with experience with packaging machines in an FMCG environment. Shift Patterns:
You will be working on a 3 shift rotation which will include;
1 week of nights (10pm – 6am Sunday – Thursday)
