Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer - Controls Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle plant breakdowns and ensure high-quality fixes
  • Participate in changeover activities to meet customer demands
  • Identify and address root causes of machine breakdowns
  • Conduct Asset Care inspections and implement improvement projects based on data analysis
  • Sourcing machinery parts and executing planned maintenance
  • Enhance safety standards and maintain high standards in workplace organization and food safety

Requirements:

  • Time-served mechanical apprenticeship with an electrical multi-skilled conversion
  • Experience with packaging machines in an FMCG environment
  • Passionate about exceeding targets and achieving maintenance excellence
  • Continuous learning and development

Working Hours:

You will be working on a 3 shift rotation, which will include one week of nights (10pm – 6am Sunday – Thursday).
