Support Worker, Homecare Worker

Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Woodford Green . We currently have vacancies for full-time, part time and relief hours ;in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,177 per annum, plus benefits.
Blueberry Close is a registered care home providing 24 hour care for adults with learning and physical disabilities. As such you will be expected to work a mix of shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and night sleep-ins.
About the Project Support Worker role:
We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.
You will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support and help residents to live a full, active life both at home and in the community. This will include going out for activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out and holidays etc.
What we are looking for in our Support Worker:
You will work closely with residents, providing them with physical and emotional support in all areas of day-to-day life, both inside and outside the home (e.g. personal care, mealtimes, recreation and leisure, attending medical appointments etc).
