We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring that you deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Creating, developing and growling a sales pipeline for effective BD.
Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions post-sale.
Use tools such as Excel for reporting and analysis as needed.
Proven experience in a sales engineering role or similar position is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
