Location: Newton Abbot

As part of this exciting journey, they are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support their next phase of development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical offers and quotations based on customer inquiries
  • Develop inquiries, build a sales pipeline , and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Manage and respond to customer queries efficiently
  • Provide solutions and recommend the best product offerings to customers
  • Foster positive working relationships across departments, including daily interaction with the manufacturing team

Experience and Skills Required

  • Industry experience: Preferably from a marine or mechanical engineering background
  • Proven ability to work in a technical/engineering environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with a focus on relationship-building
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • Energetic, ambitious, and proactive, with the ability to work independently
  • Driving license: Current UK license required
  • Ideally located within a 20-mile radius of Newton Abbot
