Job Description Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the new Central Product Marketing organization as Lead PMM for X3 and XTreeM in France.

Sage X3 is a general-purpose ERP designed to meet the needs of manufacturers and distributors in the SME and ETI markets. It is sold in many countries around the world, but France is a priority region where Sage X3 enjoys an incredibly competitive market position.

The role is to lead the definition, planning and execution of go-to-market programs in France (GTM), including targeting, opportunity sizing, channel strategy, sequencing, customer journey, promotion, tactics, etc.

In this role, you will also proactively contribute to product marketing activities within the global Sage PMM organization.

To do this, you will work within the Sage Business Unit teams, in daily collaboration with Product Marketing and Product Management peers. You will also work closely with our marketing peers and key regional colleagues to ensure integrated thinking and execution. This position reports to the Head of PMM X3 and reports to the Sage X3 Business Unit.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing creative and disruptive PMM strategies and plans to ensure our propositions are seen, heard and felt in France.

Success in this role is defined by the incumbent's ability to translate BU strategy, growth plans and value propositions into an actionable GTM plan that resonates and impacts in France supporting BU objectives and revenues globally.

A strong focus on execution as well as an astute ability to navigate between different short and long-term priorities are critical success factors.

- Good command of English (working language)
- As a member of the Business Unit's PMM team, you are responsible for defining GTM strategies and plans for France, to clearly differentiate us from the competition and achieve corporate results/objectives.
- You will create, define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for the region, and execute effective sales strategies by overseeing the roll-out of new products, initiatives and value propositions.
- You are responsible for the successful market launch of new products and propositions. You have end-to-end responsibility for the launch, including detailed strategies on how best to bring the proposition to market.
- You create, maintain and communicate GTM plans and key launches, in line with regional priorities and market opportunities.
- You are responsible for the overall commercial success of the product in the region, with increased year-on-year growth, cloud migration and subscriptions.
- You are responsible for optimizing market propositions, including new customer acquisition, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and migration action plans as the customer develops their business and additional requirements.
- Identify relevant sales opportunities and define triggers to maximize business unit performance (pricing, new packages, reactivation, etc.), based on in-depth customer and market understanding; lead and champion engagement with these opportunities and proposals cross-functionally, to ensure successful delivery.-. Act as a global Sage ambassador, contributing exceptional Sage content and thought leadership, representing your products as PMM and active particularly at events, in the media, with analysts and digitally online.
- Contribute to the multi-country mutualized product marketing effort necessary for the deployment and continuous improvement of Sage X3 / XTreeM go-to-market activities.

- At least 3 years in a similar position in Product Marketing, ideally in the IT and cloud business sector and with functional experience in one of the following areas: accounting / business management / tax / banking sector, appetite for data and technology,
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, comfortable working in constantly evolving matrix and international environments
- Good writing and communication skills, good spoken English, regularly challenges existing models in a context of responsiveness and productivity.
