Percival are excited to be working exclusively with Papworth Trust to help them recruit for a new Director of Operations to join their amazing team. The post holder will manage the CQC registered care service, day service and employment service across Essex, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
Papworth Trust is a leading disability charity that support thousands of people, their families and carers every year. Their work includes providing a range of high quality services for disabled and disadvantaged people and campaigning for changes that disabled people want. Their vision is for a world where disabled people are seen for who they are. Their mission is to support disabled people to have equality, choice and independence.

Contract: Full-time
Huntingdon, Hybrid with site visits across Essex, Cambridgeshire, and Suffolk

The post holder will be an effective member of the Executive Team, working collaboratively with the Chief Executive, Board and colleagues to lead on the development, quality, delivery and sustainable growth of the Trust’s Work, Care and Day Opportunities services. This role will cover the CQC registered care service, the day service and the employment service across the region and the task will be to improve it over time in collaboration with the team.

They are looking for someone who has managed a CQC registered care service and experience in getting the best out of registered managers and the service they manage. The ideal candidate will have good experience and understanding of disability and have worked to continuously improve a service.
