We are a MEP Recruitment Company, recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor for a TIER 1 MEP Construction Company.
Lancaster on site, or the client's Liverpool or Manchester office - candidate can choose.
Package: £58 - £60k salary + car/car allowance, private healthcare and many more benefits.
This is an interesting & sizeable custodial project, currently at 2nd stage bid up until the summer time. The role would involve assisting with finalising the 2nd stage tender, then once on site it will be placing of orders, managing supply chain including valuing applications and change, pricing of client variations and feeding into monthly project reporting cycles.
NEC contract experience would be preferable.
We have worked with this well-known client for over a decade, they have an excellent reputation for delivering significant and complex projects & are one of the leading construction companies in the UK. You will join a friendly team of established surveyors, who will help settle you into the role and bring you up to speed with the project.
As a M&E Project Surveyor, you will have gained experience working in the built environment. Working across commercial projects, such as schools, healthcare, apartments, mixed developments, you will have the right background to progress into this new and exciting role.
Project and job continuity is apparent with this position, the job will see you working until the middle of 2026 and the client has a signficant order book of work for you to progress onto.
