We are currently seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor with a degree in Building Surveying and some experience in dilapidations. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain exposure to a wide range of projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Building Surveys: Conduct building surveys for various property types, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
Defect Analysis: Diagnose building defects, including proposals for repair, maintenance, and refurbishment work.
Project Management: Assist in managing refurbishment and maintenance projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Work closely with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Contract Administration: Support in contract administration duties, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tenders, and contractor management.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant building regulations, planning laws, and health and safety standards.
Professional Development: Work towards achieving RICS chartership by gaining the necessary experience and competencies.

A degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
Dilapidations Experience: Some experience in working on dilapidation assessments and reports, either through internships, placements, or post-graduation experience.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of building construction, repair, and maintenance practices.
A proactive approach to learning and professional development, with the ambition to work towards RICS chartership.
Driving License: A full, valid UK driving license is preferred, as the role may involve site visits across different locations.
