Matthew James Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our client As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop account strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, performance metrics, and new product offerings
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
