A unique opportunity to join a well-established organisation in London, delivering a portfolio of famous indoor and outdoor shows.
A longstanding force in its specialised industry, this company have been going from strength to strength for over 200 years and have built an Events and Shows Division like no other.
Leading the creation and implementation of some of the largest, most well-known and successful outdoor and indoor industry shows this team offer a vibrant and inclusive culture as well as the opportunity to be involved in something really exciting.
With ongoing and extensive investment within the sector over the coming years they will be bringing more and more people together through the power of events and making some of the most significant changes in history
As a Project Manager (Event Director) of shows you will be taking the lead of the planning, implementation and operation of the events and shows.
-Leading the planning of large scale shows from an operation and logistical perspective
-Preparing project timelines and managing resourcing
-Coordinating large teams of external contractors
-Organising the build of temporary infrastructure
-Planning and reviewing budgets
-We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced event professional with a background of evet operations management on large scale outdoor and indoor events. Experience of managing complex builds, having exemplary Health & Safety knowledge and managing a range of 3rd party contractors/stakeholders is a must. Any experience in people management would be beneficial.
