Liongate Construction provides construction consultancy services to Clients in both the public and private sector and to organisations in all areas of the Construction Industry.

Job Responsibilities

The role's duties can be varied and is dependent on the Client, sector and project we are working for. The role is generally split in to consultancy and technical content preparation, which can include:

Construction Consultancy Works:

  • Preparation of Construction Management Plans
  • Preparation of Construction Programmes
  • Assisting other consultants for technical duties
  • Preparation of Estimations
  • Compilation of contract documentation

Architectural Works:

  • Preparation of Planning Submissions
  • Communication with Councils
  • Review design
  • 3D BIM

Technical Content Preparation:

  • Researching on the given technical topic
  • Creating technical content on the given topic

A construction consultancy apprentice at Liongate Construction will have the opportunity to assist in all of the above tasks and see projects from inception to completion on site.

  • Desire to work within the construction / property industry

Job Features:

  • Salary: £25k-£30k yearly gross, 5d/wk (with flexible part time options)
