We NEED YOU We are looking for people to join our ever growing Customer Support & Verification function. Here's what you'll be doing and what you need to know:

  • Working from our Basingstoke office 2/3 days a week (rest of the week from home) to speak with our corporate customers about all their queries to do with our Computer Software. A lot of them will be new customers who you will verify (check their details) and help get them set up.
  • You need to be great on the phone with people, super confident and able to multitask and be a really competent use of a laptop.
  • You need to have excellent written and spoken English and be able to send emails to clients.
  • You need to be free to work on a PERMANENT basis, Monday to Friday during office hours on a full time basis.
