Youll also have the savvy financial skills and business acumen to maximise all opportunities. Excellent hosting skills are crucial, as this is a busy village local and destination pub. Guests migrate here to make memories and catch up on local gossip. Youll be adept at running a busy kitchen and happy to jump in when needed, becoming known for serving exceptional pints, with standards that are second to none throughout the pub. Youll be passionate about coaching your team and able to attract like-minded professionals to join them. We need someone who will plan for all the big occasions, getting stuck into the detail. Understanding the local life is essential. Youll be at the heart of village life and be proud of the tight-knit community you serve.
