Our client based in the West Midlands, is currently recruiting for a locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their Homelessness team, for 3-months initially with potential extension.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, and offers remote working, with regular Court attendance required in the West Midlands.

Managing a fast-paced caseload of Homelessness Law matters on behalf of the Council
• Dealing with Judicial Review cases issued by individuals in relation to homelessness appeals
• Supporting the City Solicitor and Legal team with regard to the conduct of legal casework

Housing Litigation & Homelessness Law
• Local Government experience
