MacGregor Black are partnering with leading Sports brand , on the search for a Head of Digital based in Northampton .
This will be a key role in driving digital growth and introducing eCom disciplines.
Develop and implement a strategic digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company website and other digital platforms.
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing and technology professionals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated digital strategies.
Stay current with digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Optimize user experience and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
5+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
~ Track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies.
~ Understanding of web analytics, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
