The successful candidate will be well versed in carrying our various L8 compliance duties including water sampling, temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, and flushing of little used outlets in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. For the successful candidate, out client can offer enrolment onto the company pension scheme, company vehicle with paid door to door travel, excellent holiday allowance and competitive salary.   • Organising workload in line with company and client requirements.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
The Role:
  • Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines to carry out water sampling & temperature monitoring.
  • TMV servicing & failsafe testing.
  • CWST cleans and disinfections.
  • Showerhead cleans and descales.
  • Closed system sampling, analysis, and dosing with correct chemicals.
  • Undertaking flushing of little used outlets.
  • Updating onsite logbooks correctly upon completion of work.
