Product Documentation Specialist

Essential Experience: The candidate should be experienced in drafting under a German law Structured Products programme, including familiarity of the requirements of such issuance, including filling with BaFin. Fluency in German is essential in addition to English.
We are recruiting for a number of legal documentation drafting roles within our Structured Products team at Delta Capita in London. Our team provide legal documentation drafting and issuance support to cross-asset structured products businesses at a range of tier one Investment Banks.
Draft and review legal documentation (Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Summaries and ancillary documentation) for structured product transactions under both English law and German law programmes;
Partner with the legal department when required to review legal documentation and templates for new or adapted payoffs;
Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts in Operations, Structuring, Legal and Trading.
Experience within the financial service industry drafting issuance documentation for securities or structured products, or complex or non-standard derivatives;
High attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality work;
A strong work ethic proven by previous working experience;
Word, Excel, Outlook (or similar) skills to a high standard.
