Ambitious Consultant looking to lead on sustainability projects?
PT Renewables are partnered with an award-winning consultancy firm, looking to massively expand their Sustainability function.
Working with leading UK housebuilders and developers, you'll be delivering top-tier energy and sustainability advice and assessments to the construction and property industries.
This is a brand new role within the Overheating team, leading Overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, as well as Part O assessments.
You'll play a critical part in ensuring projects meet sustainability requirements, working closely with clients and project teams from inception to completion.
Actively engage with clients and project teams to ensure sustainability goals are achieved.
Deliver high-quality overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES software.
Conduct Thermal Modelling using IES software.
Participate in Energy Assessments and model improvements.
Provide consultation on building design compliance with Part L.
Prepare Energy and Sustainability statements for planning.
Proficiency in IES software for overheating analysis, including TM59 and TM52.
Strong educational background, particularly in Maths, Science, and English.
Self-motivated with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Fully-Remote working available - as well as flexible working hours.
