Citi’s Transformation team is looking for a leader to serve as SVP of its Markets Program Execution & Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong delivery mindset to help drive the successful implementation of key initiatives within this Program. Partner with the Business, Product Control and Market Risk to implement strategic solutions for the firm.
Work closely with the Markets Operations & Technology team to ensure that the data is accurate, complete, has proper data lineage, and help steer the overall data governance.
Represent Markets Program Execution & Transformation across various streams of work to ensure the timely delivery of key initiatives, milestones, issue tracking, and issue remediation.
Effective communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the program / project, including obtaining buy-in for business process and infrastructure changes.
Develop and deliver presentations to senior management covering project / program status, resourcing and plans
Lead, supervise, help coach more junior team members.
Demonstrable experience in managing and executing on complex data programs including the sourcing, transformation, enrichment, and governance of trade data in a business role.
Strong project and program management skills in a front office environment; ability to gain consensus among project team and stakeholders, and drive initiatives to completion effectively
Knowledge of Risk methodologies/frameworks and demonstrable appreciation of the need for and impact of controls, thresholds, and Data Quality rules plus fundamental data terminology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation and communicate with senior management. Project Management experience within Global Markets at a large bank/dealer
