I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Building Services Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of building services systems within my client's healthcare facility. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare operations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the life of building systems and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to coordinate work activities and projects.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, particularly those specific to healthcare environments.
Participate in shift rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
C&G/NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical field
