We are Hiring a Multi-Skilled Building Services Shift Maintenance Engineer

Are you a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join our leading FM service provider and take on the responsibility of maintaining building services systems in our healthcare facility.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare operations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the life of building systems and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to coordinate work activities and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, particularly those specific to healthcare environments.
  • Participate in shift rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
  • C&G/NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical field.
  • 17th/18th Edition certification.
