They are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee and lead projects up to £5 million, ensuring all aspects of the projects are executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end execution of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure expectations are managed and met.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing high-quality fit-out projects, particularly in the leisure and/or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects valued up to £5 million.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Must possess a full, clean UK driving license.
  • Willingness to travel and work across the UK, including weekends when necessary.
  • Ability to provide two references from previous clients that confirm a strong track record in project delivery and management.
