About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at LNS Recruitment Limited. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of site set up, including the coordination with our Project Delivery Manager and wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and run site set up from HQ and/or WFH with the assistance of the PDM and wider team.
  • Follow drawings to deliver projects to specification, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop project methodologies to improve health and safety standards and programme improvements, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Attend pre-start meetings to gain a thorough understanding of client project requirements and ensure a smooth project execution.
  • Be professional in approach to clients/customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Carry out risk assessments, prepare and maintain method statements, and daily engagement briefings, emergency planning, and prepare job packs for site operations team and suppliers.
  • Supervise, work with, and manage direct workforce, agency operatives, sub-contractors, and other on-site activities, ensuring effective team management and coordination.
  • Source plant and materials as required for site, off-hire plant as required with Site Agents, Operations Administrator, or the supplier.
  • Order plant and materials as required for the site, off-hire plant as required.
  • Ensure site costs are controlled in line with project budget and plans, maintaining financial discipline and accountability.
  • Carry out site activities to the programme/deadlines, ensuring timely completion and meeting project milestones.
  • Visit sites with colleagues to give advice, opinions, and approaches to methods for tenders, contributing to business growth and development.
  • Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety Management systems by compiling, handling, and communicating required information.
  • Contribute to company learning and continual improvements through feedback, reviews, and appraisals, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
