This is a school with great community and culture and needing someone who is energetic and enthusiastic who relishes the challenges that daily school life brings. Manage the financial operations of the school with integrity and transparency, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Oversee human resources management, Health and Safety, risk management, buildings and project management, and legal and compliance issues.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team and Governors to support the school's strategy and management objectives.
* Utilise strong operational and multitasking skills to address both specified responsibilities and ad hoc practical or technical issues.
* Build close working relationships with all members of the school community and actively participate in school culture
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Governors to achieve the school's aims and strategies, prioritising the best outcomes for pupils and staff.
