My client, a cutting-edge AI/ML consultancy, is seeking a Lead MLOps Engineer to join their growing team. The company is led by an exceptional trio of founders: two distinguished professors with PhDs in AI and a visionary serial technologist, all of whom are highly regarded in the AI/ML sphere.
The Lead MLOps Engineer will be responsible for leading the deployment, testing, and optimisation of machine learning systems, managing a team of engineers, and setting up scalable infrastructure to support the growing needs of their clients.

Lead the development, deployment, and monitoring of MLOps pipelines for machine learning models.
Design and implement robust testing frameworks for ML models to ensure high performance and reliability.
Set up and maintain MLOps infrastructure, including cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and version control for ML models.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
Optimise deployment processes, scaling models, and ensuring efficient performance across environments.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in MLOps/DevOps/DevSecOps/MLFlow, with a focus on deployment and scaling of machine learning models in production environments.
Strong expertise in MLFlow, DevOps, or MLOps tools, and a deep understanding of model deployment pipelines.
Strong background in model versioning, model testing, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and the tools required for managing machine learning workloads.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and data engineering workflows.

Experience in AI/ML consultancy environments or working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Familiarity with advanced topics in MLOps, such as model drift management, hyperparameter optimisation, and model explainability.

This is a hybrid position, in the office (Camden town) twice a week.
