Data Engineering Lead – Digital Assets- London
A premier global hedge fund with a dedicated digital assets division focused on building secure, efficient infrastructure for institutional-grade blockchain and crypto investments is looking to hire a Data Engineering Lead to join their core trading and technology team.


As a Data Engineering Lead , you’ll drive the development of post-trade reporting, analytics, and end-of-day risk infrastructure. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll lead a team of five engineers, ensuring robust operational processes and building workflow automation to support Risk, Operations, and related teams.


Technical Lead of the digital assets division, overseeing post-trade reporting and end-of-day risk processes.
Drive workflow automation for Risk, Operations, and related functions.
Deliver robust, efficient, and deterministic operations for intra-day positions, risk, and P&L.
7+ years with Python, Java, Kotlin, or Rust; 3+ years in financial services.
~ Familiarity with blockchain technology and finance-related datasets.


Cloud experience (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker.
