Engineering and Analytics Manager

As an Analytics Engineering Manager , you'll lead a team of 3, oversee data models, and drive data initiatives using SQL, dbt, and Snowflake. This London-based, hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £100-120k, bonus, and stock options at an award-winning fintech.

As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of the entire suite of data models within the company's data warehouse, playing a critical role in delivering high-quality data products that drive business decisions. You'll lead a team of three Analytics Engineers, work hands-on with tools like SQL, dbt, and Snowflake, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. This role involves improving data quality and efficiency, developing scalable data solutions, and contributing to the overall vision for data and analytics. It's an exciting opportunity to shape the company's data strategy and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive impactful data initiatives. Advanced skills in SQL and dbt for data transformation and modeling, along with experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
