Business Development Manager (Electrical Testing Industry)
Salary : £45,000 to £55,000 + Excellent Commission Structure (Post-Probation)

Work Schedule : Hybrid (1 day in office, 4 days remote after 3-month probation)

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and driving the company’s growth. PAT Testing
Emergency Lighting Installation and Testing
Fixed Wire Testing
Thermal Imaging Surveys
Electrical Installation
Fire Risk Assessments

Strategic Development : Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities for growth in the electrical testing industry.
Relationship Building : Experience : At least 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the electrical testing compliance or contracting industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential.
Ideally, you will have a solid understanding of electrical testing compliance and contracting.
Driving Licence : A valid driving licence is required due to the nature of the role, which involves visiting client sites.

Competitive Salary : Earn between £45,000 and £55,000 per year, with a lucrative commission structure available after the initial three-month probation.
