Join us and be part of something extraordinary. We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate – Office of Regulatory Relations to join our Office of Regulatory Relations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. Role Summary Works within the International Office of Regulatory Relations providing operational support for regulatory engagement and remediation activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation of regulatory examinations and meetings, including development and review of briefing materials Drive the regulatory issue-response process by scheduling and participating in working sessions, maintaining action-tracking documentation, and engaging first, second, and third lines of defense Support Relationship Managers in overseeing a portfolio of ongoing regulatory projects—flag emerging issues, escalate when needed, and help resolve day-to-day challenges Ensure strict adherence to established reporting and governance standards; surface procedural gaps and recommend next steps Participate in cross-functional stakeholder and business-line working groups to align on regulatory objectives Exercise independent judgement on routine matters to troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues Proactively identify and recommend small-scale process improvements leveraging AI tools and basic automation Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal partners, senior management, and external regulators for assigned tasks Execute advanced, confidential administrative duties related to regulatory exams and findings, applying knowledge of organizational policies and procedures Qualifications & Experience Financial services or business partner function work experience preferred Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with workflow tools Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Clear verbal and written communication skills and comfort interfacing with multiple lines of defense At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here's a Few Of Our Recent Awards America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 "Most Just Companies", Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits And Rewards BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
